When All Else Fails Listen Inward
Coaching
with the Whole Body in Mind
Wholeness includes the body
“We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them.”
Albert Einstein
Our thinking minds reveal our conscious thoughts, but the body and subconscious carry more information than we tend to be able to consistently or accurately recognize.
Sometimes we can find clues in the form of body sensations, movements, posture changes, felt sense, imagination, and so on.
Integrating the whole of our organism’s knowledge when we consider topics of concern will help us come to conclusions most aligned with our own intact selves.
Only you can possibly know what is best for you.
“Imagination is more important than knowledge.”
Albert Einstein
Our body gives clues to our subconscious – those impressions, memories, knowings may be nonverbal but are most assuredly present.
Through learning to listen to these clues, we learn to trust that the felt sense of knowing is our deepest most personal truth.
Work with coach Cindy
Cynthia Paciulli Barbarits, MD, FACS, FASMBS-FPD, DABS (aka Dr. P) has been “coaching” her patients for more than 25 years from the traditional medical perspective.
She has always embraced a holistic viewpoint and complementary modalities for health. But like many successful medical professionals, she was conditioned to live completely in her head, oblivious to her own needs as she was caring for others.
It was through the pain of disconnection (from her whole self) that she was able to transform her own experience.
Wholeness includes the Body, and we need Community to spur, challenge, and support our evolution.
